- Lead a team of training and event support staff
- Collaborate with Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) partners, Medicaid Agencies, and subject matter experts
- Drive program integrity performance standards and professionalism
- Utilize training platforms and video editing software
- Develops and administers schedule, performance requirements
- Identifies training needs and priorities by working with business leaders and critical stakeholders
- Designs team strategy and strategy for execution
- Leads stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Travel 10%
