About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the client program managers and manage client expectations
- Communicate program goals and established processes to the project team
- Supervise a matrixed group of scientific review officers (SROs) assigned to individual review panels
- Guide and oversee SROs throughout the review process, including reviewer recruitment, meeting facilitation and summary statement writing
- Perform quality control of the SROs’ panel management work
- Develop and present reviewer trainings
- Perform quality control of the scientific contents of client deliverables
Requirements
- Education: PhD, MD or equivalent
- Experience: 3-6 years of working experience in biomedical sciences
- US citizenship required
