About the role
- Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for customers
- Manage multidisciplinary teams ensuring insider threat detection, investigation, and response activities alignment
- Lead/Manage/Support hiring and onboarding of staff with appropriate security clearances and skills
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure timely delivery of reports, metrics, and deliverables
- Collaborate with IRS Counter Insider Threat PMO Leadership and contracting team to ensure mission success
- Drive development and maintenance of program plans, risk registers, and governance documentation
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems (with equivalent demonstrated experience in field) or Master’s (preferred)
- Experience: 10-15+ years of related experience
- Security clearance level: Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)
- US citizenship required
