About the role
- Provide project management for software release and operational task management
- Coach internal and external scrum team members on SAFe Essential
- Plan time-boxed sprint planning and execution
- Schedule and conduct daily scrums, backlog reviews, and retrospectives with team
- Gather & disseminate project information regularly
- Create an environment of team spirit and excitement
- Proactively resolve conflicts and escalate as needed
- Conduct meetings with clients to gather information
- Support other team capability areas and quality assurance activities
- Train new team members on Agile development
Requirements
- 4+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required: No
- BA/BS in related field
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Scrum Master/Agile/Kanban; Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools; SharePoint, MS Office (including MS Project)
- Good teamwork and communication skills with all levels of staff
- Prior Agile project experience in the federal space preferred
- Scrum Master certification preferred
