About the role
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other internal or third-party systems (e.g., ERP systems) using REST, SOAP, APIs
- Support the implementation and optimization of core SPM modules
- Configure financial aspects within projects and portfolios
- Implement solutions for optimizing resource allocation
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Contribute to and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation
Requirements
- US Citizenship Required
- 3+ years of related experience
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource, Financials, Agile Development)
- Understanding of integration methods like SOAP, REST, and web services, including creating and consuming them
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript
- Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective technical solutions
- Excellent understanding of the Agile software testing process and lifecycle
- Certification(s): Required: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- Security Clearance Level: Must possess and maintain a Secret or higher clearance
