About the role

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other internal or third-party systems (e.g., ERP systems) using REST, SOAP, APIs
  • Support the implementation and optimization of core SPM modules
  • Configure financial aspects within projects and portfolios
  • Implement solutions for optimizing resource allocation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Contribute to and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation

Requirements

  • US Citizenship Required
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource, Financials, Agile Development)
  • Understanding of integration methods like SOAP, REST, and web services, including creating and consuming them
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript
  • Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective technical solutions
  • Excellent understanding of the Agile software testing process and lifecycle
  • Certification(s): Required: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
  • Security Clearance Level: Must possess and maintain a Secret or higher clearance
