Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other internal or third-party systems (e.g., ERP systems) using REST, SOAP, APIs
Support the implementation and optimization of core SPM modules
Configure financial aspects within projects and portfolios
Implement solutions for optimizing resource allocation
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Contribute to and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation

Requirements

US Citizenship Required
3+ years of related experience
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow SPM modules (PPM, Demand, Resource, Financials, Agile Development)
Understanding of integration methods like SOAP, REST, and web services, including creating and consuming them
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript
Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective technical solutions
Excellent understanding of the Agile software testing process and lifecycle
Certification(s): Required: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
Security Clearance Level: Must possess and maintain a Secret or higher clearance
