Design and maintain overall architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions
Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow Service Portals
Create and enhance custom widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Lead design and development of custom applications
Architect and implement complex data integrations with external systems
Oversee deployment, administration, and maintenance of on-premise ServiceNow instances
Provide expert-level support for complex incidents
Act as a subject matter expert (SME)

Requirements

10+ years of related experience
Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices
Proven expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development and custom widget creation
Proven experience with the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow Workspaces
Strong knowledge of the platform's core modules
Strong experience with XML data digestion and generation
Excellent understanding of Agile software testing process
Bachelor’s degree or technical training/certification
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
