Responsible for installing equipment and systems, supervising installation and assembly work done by technicians
Maintain equipment and conduct testing and troubleshooting
Investigate equipment and system failures to determine cause and repair work required
Troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues
Perform integrity testing and gather information from customers about problems
Manage employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support

Requirements

5 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Bachelor's in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science
Experience in the deployment and maintenance of extensive global networks and systems
Proficiency in equipment, software, and systems installations
Troubleshooting, customer relationship management, change management, risk management, and IT service management skills
Knowledgeable in ICD 503, DCID 6/3, DIA-CAP, and NIST standards
