Administer and maintain specialized forensic tools and infrastructure
Implement application-level patches and conduct routine maintenance activities
Perform regular account administration for users
Apply configuration changes and undertake customization and tuning efforts
Drive the deployment of new systemic functionalities and assist in identifying new tools
Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting escalated issues

Requirements

5+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in tools and infrastructure support
Certifications in relevant technologies preferred (e.g., Splunk Certified Architect, Cellebrite Certified Examiner)
Demonstrable experience in deploying and managing Magnet Axiom Cyber or similar platforms
Proven track record of implementing application-level configurations and patching in a secure and documented manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
US Citizenship Required – Must have Active Secret, Top Secret, DOE L, or DOE Q
