  • Assist callers with software installation and configuration

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience supporting PCs running the Windows operating system
  • Experience supporting Web-based applications
  • Ability to organize simultaneous tasks for individual assignments
  • Must not be in default on a Federal Student Loan
