About the role
- Provide knowledgeable responses via phone and email
- Acquire and maintain understanding of software applications
- Assist callers with software installation and configuration
- Engage in active listening to diagnose problems
- Accurately maintain all required call logs and documentation
- Work overtime as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience supporting PCs running the Windows operating system
- Experience supporting Web-based applications
- Ability to organize simultaneous tasks for individual assignments
- Must not be in default on a Federal Student Loan
