About the role

  • Work independently to resolve service tickets
  • Collaborate with teammates (engineers, developers, and architects) to resolve platform issues
  • Mobile Application Management (MAM) support for Android and iOS
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with M365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Handle user onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting access and permission related issues
  • Address basic security concerns (MFA and phishing)
  • Responds to user requests and provides technical support and training to end users
  • Ensure that all tickets are documented with status, customer communications, and full description of the problem/resolution daily
  • Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide support to the M365 architect and admins to ensure platform operations and uptime

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience plus 5 years of required experience below OR Associate's degree plus 7 years of required experience below
  • 5+ year’s experience supporting iOS and Android devices
  • 5+ year’s experience supporting Windows Intune
  • 5+ year’s experience supporting M365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Office suite)
  • 5+ year’s experience supporting mobile access, such as MAM or Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and meet United States residency requirements
