Executes, in part, the Field Service Technician’s process
Assists with single/multiple Genset and transfer switch installations (start-up’s), diagnosis, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance – both mechanical and electrical
Acquires the knowledge in generator theory and operation
Understands accurate record keeping of all services performed, mileage, expenses, and bill-able hours
Learns proficiency in utilizing required tools and standard procedures for accurate, timely, and complete work
Realizes the importance of maintaining a company vehicle and associated inventory in the vehicle
A commitment to work outside in the elements
Miscellaneous inside work including dispatch, service, part maintenance, warehouse duties
Ability to work cohesively with internal and external customers
Continually evaluates current and future processes while being mindful of cost and spending
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent will be completed with in 1 Year
Mechanical / Electrical aptitude
Maintain a valid Driver’s License
1+ Year of Customer Service experience
