Lead the Power Electronics EE team responsible for Power Electronics hardware design, development, and validation for CES energy products
Deliver full product lifecycle execution: schematic design, layout guidance, bring-up, lab validation, and design for test/manufacture
Architect and review designs for analog signal conditioning, digital interfaces, MCUs, sensors, and communication buses (e.g., CAN, UART, RS485)
Partner closely with firmware, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams to deliver highly integrated, production-ready designs
Drive product builds across EVT/DVT/PVT, managing technical risk and coordinating with contract manufacturers and test partners
Provide technical mentorship, design reviews, and team development leadership
Support sustaining improvements and field issue resolution as part of ongoing product maturity
Requirements
BSEE or MSEE with 7+ years of experience in power electronics hardware development
Strong background in power electronics design, embedded systems, and board-level hardware architecture
Hands-on lab experience with board bring-up, validation, debugging, and test automation tools
Familiar with design constraints related to thermal, EMC, safety, and manufacturability
Track record of cross-functional execution in new product development settings
Prior experience with design documentation, ECO control, and sustaining engineering
Experience with high quality, high reliability products. Long warranty, high stress environments.
Experience in PCB engineering including fabrication and assembly technologies, strain/stress analysis, thermal management, and connector/cable engineering
