💰 $85,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels driving MQL volume and quality
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns tied to clear KPIs: MQLs, CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution
  • Partner with Brand and Content to translate positioning into high-converting ads, not generic performance copy
  • Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences, and offers with clear hypotheses
  • Build and optimize lead nurture flows for different audiences (leads, providers, device owners, consumers)
  • Track and report on performance weekly and monthly, including insights and recommendations
  • Support forecasting and budget planning with data-backed recommendations
  • Collaborate with Brand and Content,
  • Work closely with Sales to align on lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline feedback.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing
  • 2-4 years proven experience owning paid media budgets and reporting on financial impact on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Deep familiarity with CRMs, workflows, automations and analytics tools
  • Hands on experience with SEO & SEM and website traffic analytics
  • Strong UX and conversion instincts, you know what “good” looks like and why
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.
