About the role
- Prospect, negotiate, and successfully onboard new employer clients and benefit brokers.
- Educate brokers and their clients regarding Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions value propositions.
- Take a consultative approach with brokers, assessing their needs and tailoring program design.
- Stay informed of industry trends and interface with Employee Benefits team, Sales Enablement, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years’ business development experience working with benefit brokers, agents, and consultants.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and confidence to present to C-level executives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Ability to travel 50-80% of the time.
