About the role
- Supports the talent acquisition strategies from recruitment, offer, onboarding and orientation
- Acts as a key member in achieving system/regulatory compliance objectives and quality of hire/retention goals
- Develops the visit itinerary to ensure exceptional experience for the candidate and their family
- Creates and implements standard work to deliver a well-coordinated onboarding experience
- Engages and partners with stakeholders for orientation agenda
- Implements creative programs and strategies designed to retain and engage talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree-Human Resources Management (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Required)
