About the role

  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end contract process for Geisinger Pharmacy.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between pharmacy stakeholders and internal contracting partners.
  • Oversees the full contract lifecycle, drives process efficiency, and supports strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Ensures all pharmacy contracts are reviewed, negotiated, and executed within established timelines.
  • Collaborates with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
  • Maintains assigned contracts within the Contract Management System and ensure accurate filing, maintenance, and submission of all pharmacy-related agreements.
  • Generates regular reports on contract status, turnaround times, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and/or Bachelor's degree obtained (Bachelor's Degree = 2 years relevant experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years-Relevant experience* (Required)
  • Skills: Analytical Analysis, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Cross-Functional Collaboration, Microsoft Office, Pharmaceutical Pricing, Product Procurement.
