About the role
- Responsible for the technical configuration and administration of system, utility, database, and application software technology used within the IT organization.
- Maintains overall system environment including monitoring and tuning of performance and capacity.
- Creates and maintains documents and diagrams depicting system architecture, processes, and related IT functions.
- Provides general support and troubleshooting on assigned software systems and their integration into the infrastructure environments.
- Assists with disaster recovery preparedness and testing of applicable technology.
- Analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents issues with application lifecycle management systems and other third-party applications used in support of application development.
Requirements
- Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate’s Degree = 2 years; Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years).
- Minimum of 5 years-Relevant experience* (Required)
