- Coordinates travel, lodging, community tours, and meals for candidates
- Assists with sending interview feedback requests to hiring managers
- Partners with HR for programs to retain and engage talent
- Distributes and analyzes data from post-interview feedback surveys
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or healthcare administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with professionalism and care
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience (Required)
