About the role
- Supervise a team of associates performing activities related to regulatory compliance and the Company's rating systems.
- Oversee the submissions and communications with State regulatory agencies in order to obtain approvals to filed revisions.
- Additional responsibilities include testing and implementation of rating systems changes, and maintenance of regulatory compliance rating systems documentation.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in business management or related field.
- Experience with GEICO's rating system strongly desired but not required.
- Experience with sales and service applications desired but not required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
