💰 $115,825 - $189,625 per year

About the role

  • Owns the feature business prioritization and roadmap for a given workstream
  • Identifies and measures feature key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Works closely with other areas of the company to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions
  • Manages tech request intake, triage and communications
  • Reports on performance to stakeholders demonstrating incremental value creation
  • Plays active role in user acceptance testing
  • Define scalable product solutions by deep knowledge of internal and external customer habits
  • Attracts, retains, and develops Business Analysts on their product career
  • Adheres to GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles

Requirements

  • Must be able to follow complex instructions
  • Resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution
  • Strong organization/priority setting skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience preferred
  • Agile certifications preferred (i.e. SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, ICAgile, PMI-ACP)
