Support Claims Service Operations leadership by translating operational, survey, telephony, and compliance data into actionable reporting
Use SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Python to develop and maintain reporting
Diagnose data issues and partner with technical teams to resolve defects
Communicate complex analytics into clear insights for operational and executive audiences
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards

Requirements

Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries
Hands-on experience with SAS (Base SAS, SAS EG, or SAS Studio) for data manipulation
Ability to build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
Relevant work experience of 2 - 5+ years (preferred)
Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
