About the role

Serve as a strategic finance partner to Product State Managers and related leaders, translating financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
Own financial analysis and decision support for various states, including new business growth, retention, and profitability.
Develop and maintain state-level analytics, including policy, premium, and profitability results.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members supporting state-level analytics.

Proven experience in finance or analytics roles with a focus on strategic decision support.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Familiarity with insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to distill complex analyses for stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
