- Lead architecture and design of systems for policy platform
- Collaborate with teams to innovate and improve existing systems
- Deliver high-quality data architecture and successful platform transitions
- Mentor engineers to foster technical expertise and influence direction
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in full-stack web development (C#/Java/Golang)
- 8+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 6+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
- Proven expertise in designing microservices using GraphQL/gRPC
- Deep knowledge of ETL, SQL, bitemporal data modeling
- Strong understanding of programming languages and Domain Specific Languages (DSLs)
- Fluency with Java and/or Kotlin; experience with Rust, Golang, or C#
