Develop, prepare, and interpret statistical analyses of insurance sales and claims experience
Develop, interpret, and present analysis and proposals to stakeholder groups
Employ basic statistical techniques to model underwriting and pricing business practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or relevant quantitative field OR Bachelor’s degree in any field with prior experience
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Highly effective communication skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
Basic to intermediate proficiency with data analysis software like R, SAS, Python, or Power BI
Ability to work independently and thrive in a changing team environment
Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities, providing accurate and timely results
Intellectual curiosity to learn and ability to ask insightful questions
Effective time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Previous experience in auto insurance, with experience in Commercial Auto as a plus
