About the role
- Utilize analytical problem solving and leadership skills to execute and deliver product initiatives.
- Prior experience managing insurance products includes being an insurance product analyst.
- Full ownership of high-complexity business problems, plan items, product features, and/or product lines.
- Build strong relationships with other business units and leads strategic direction for the long-term success of assigned areas.
- Solves complex problems despite limited or imperfect data.
- Analyzes, selects, and implements new and complex pricing and product design strategies.
- Manage relationships with external parties, including vendors, insurance organizations, and regulators.
- Advocates company position in legal and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in product management, insurance, data analysis or a related field (insurance experience is strongly preferred).
- Must be able to think strategically and possess strong leadership skills.
- Must have strong relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Must be action oriented with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
