About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch telecommunication applications
- Translate strategic business objectives into actionable product requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management
- Successful track record in developing consumer-facing web and mobile applications
- Experience managing the product lifecycle
- Expertise in using quantitative and qualitative data
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- MBA or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Extensive experience in contact center migrations (preferred)
