About the role
- Assist with configuration, testing, and support of Salesforce and Microsoft 365 applications
- Support digital workplace tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and related collaboration solutions
- Help document system processes, configurations, and user guides
- Assist with testing new features, enhancements, and platform updates
- Research platform capabilities, best practices, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to understand requirements and support solutions
- Participate in working sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and team discussions
- Hone Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting skills through hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Major in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 3.0 overall GPA
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Interest in enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and digital collaboration tools
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, or SharePoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organization skills
- Demonstrated initiative both independently and within a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
