Perform assigned data analysis and technical design under direct supervision
Participate and assist in validating data loads by comparing source to target
Use data engineering tools to provide meaningful results such as data quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Partner with cloud data engineers and analytics to help prepare datasets for analytical dashboards
Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies reported by data consumers
Gain understanding of the various data management tasks and responsibilities to deliver a data driven, cloud centric platform for the enterprise
Participate in scrum meetings, daily standups and design review sessions with the D&A team
Communicate findings, blockers, progress and opportunities for process improvements
Shadow senior team members to understand enterprise data architecture

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on information technology or data and analytics.
3.0 overall GPA
Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities
Demonstrated initiative both independently and within a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interest in healthcare quality, compliance and accreditation processes
