About the role
- Drive new business growth by partnering with enterprise-level fleet organizations (primarily government fleets)
- Understand their challenges, and deliver solutions that truly make an impact
- Work closely with RFP team and new business sale team to help get Enterprise deals across the finish line
- Project manage enterprise sales opportunities across the first meeting, through a compelling product demo involving multiple stakeholders, to close
- Navigate contract negotiations, complex procurement cycles, budget processes, and more
Requirements
- Fleet Management experience (strongly preferred)
- Enterprise Sales Experience
- Experience selling into enterprise fleet organizations with longer, more complex sales cycles, preferably in the government space
- Ability to bring own enterprise fleet contacts, and can easily build a book of business quickly
- Can confidently lead discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders and uncover real business needs
- Experience with the RFP process and managing deals to closed deals
- Skilled at building relationships, navigating decision-makers, and driving deals to close
- Can manage a pipeline effectively and consistently hit or exceed quota
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Understands the MEDDPICC framework and has utilized it to navigate complex sales cycles
