About the role
- Commercial and technical management of properties in the commercial and residential sectors, serving as the central point of contact for tenants (approx. 70% commercial, 30% residential)
- Conducting lease negotiations: from active tenant acquisition to contract conclusion
- Proactive property management: identifying optimization potential and negotiating contract addenda
- Independent receivables management based on centrally created dunning procedures (RELion)
- Preparing property analyses/reports, leasing and optimization strategies, and reporting/statistics
- Preparing budget plans and reports, including monitoring and optimizing budgeted target figures
- Managing and supervising external service providers to ensure optimal property operation (repairs, inspections & maintenance, etc.)
- Handling insurance claims in cooperation with the technical property management team
- Validating service charge statements and processing objections/disputes
- Monitoring and inspecting building and systems condition, including action and budget planning using our systems (RELion, MS365)
Requirements
- Professional experience in commercial and/or technical property management / facility management
- Vocational training, degree, or further education in real estate, technical/engineering fields, or trades
- Further qualifications in real estate administration or real estate economics are a plus
- Strong service orientation, motivation and passion for the real estate industry
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer-facing work
- Willingness to travel (20%–60% depending on projects) and a valid driver's license
