About the role
- Commercial and technical management of commercial and residential properties
- Conduct lease negotiations from active tenant acquisition through contract signing
- Proactive property management: identifying and realizing optimization opportunities and negotiating contract amendments
- Independent receivables management based on centrally generated dunning procedures (RELion)
- Preparation of property analyses/reports, leasing and optimization strategies, and reporting/statistics
- Preparing budgets and reports, including monitoring and optimizing budgeted figures
- Managing and overseeing external service providers to ensure optimal property operations
- Handling insurance claims in coordination with Technical Property Management
- Validating service charge statements and processing disputes
- Monitoring and inspecting building and system conditions, including action and budget planning using our systems (RELion, MS365)
Requirements
- Professional experience in commercial and/or technical property management / building operations
- Vocational training, degree, or further education in real estate, engineering, or trades
- Further qualifications in real estate management or real estate economics are a plus
- Strong service orientation, motivation, and passion for the real estate industry
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Willingness to travel (20%–60% depending on projects) and possession of a valid driver’s license
