About the role

  • Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level
  • HR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments
  • Execution and checkup of (set) work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements
  • Supporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding
  • Education, development and career planning
  • Development and application of working conditions
  • Organization development
  • Execution of (global) HR projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management
  • Strong experience with general HR themes
  • Relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production
  • High sense of integrity and open communication
  • Experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement
  • Structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills (C1-C2)
