About the role
- Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level
- HR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments
- Execution and checkup of (set) work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements
- Supporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding
- Education, development and career planning
- Development and application of working conditions
- Organization development
- Execution of (global) HR projects
Requirements
- Bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management
- Strong experience with general HR themes
- Relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production
- High sense of integrity and open communication
- Experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement
- Structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator
- Excellent Italian and English language skills (C1-C2)
