About the role
- Configure, deploy and maintain SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, etc.)
- Ensure companies’ adherence to global trade regulations (import/export laws, sanctions, embargoes, etc.)
- Identify and implement process improvements in customs, trade, and logistics operations using SAP GTS and analytics tools.
- Create dashboards and reports to analyze trade flows, compliance status, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments and workstreams to align system enhancements and business continuation.
- Manage cross-functional teams on a global scale in an agile working mode.
- Provide training and support to end-users and ensure effective change management for new processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistic Management, International Business or Business Administration, Information Systems or Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or international logistics
- Professional experience with SAP GTS (configuration, implementation, rollout, or support) and / or with logistic modules of SAP S/4HANA
- Interest in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures and various functionalities of software solution SAP GTS
- Team player with project management experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a cross-functional environment
- Good command of English.
