About the role

  • Claim management with responsibility
  • Support our project teams in the professional management of contracts, claims and changes in scope
  • Close cooperation with interfaces such as project management, engineering, procurement and legal
  • Support in handling, assessing and enforcing claims
  • Analysis of contracts, amendments and deviations (scope changes)
  • Identification of risks, opportunities and optimization potential during project execution
  • Preparation of structured claim documentation, reports and negotiation materials
  • Participation in the further development of claim and contract management processes
  • Work on national and international projects in plant and mechanical engineering

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable field
  • Alternatively, completed commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification
  • Knowledge of project, contract or claim management is an advantage
  • First professional experience desirable – motivated career starters welcome
  • Initial experience in plant and mechanical engineering desirable
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Technical understanding combined with commercial awareness
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (at least B2)
  • Confident manner as well as team and assertiveness skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
