About the role
- Provide site engineering support, collaborating with partner organizations and suppliers to enhance detailed design
- Coordinate design deliverables supporting fabrication, procurement, and construction phases
- Support mechanical system engineering during design and construction activities
- Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Address technical issues between construction, fabrication, and design teams
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an engineering role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nuclear system design activities including development of process flow diagrams, thermodynamic and heat/fluid flow transfer calculations, engineering specifications, etc.
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (Desired)
- Ontario P. Eng license (Canadian applicants only)
