About the role
- Develop and execute the organization’s innovation strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and disruptive opportunities that can create competitive advantage.

- Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of innovation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum exp of 8 yrs.
- Proven experience in innovation, strategy, business transformation, product development, or technology leadership.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, innovation processes, and market analysis.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading change initiatives.
