About the role

  • Project governance: Identify stakeholders and structure the project team; define strategy and objectives.
  • Business process analysis and optimization: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing operational processes supported by the ERP.
  • Risk management and compliance: Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to data migration and systems integration.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement: Identify operational impacts of the ERP change.
  • ERP implementation and optimization: Implement system configuration in collaboration with the Digital Technology teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing ERP transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and their modules, including Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Methods, HR, Maintenance, Warehouse and Inventory, etc.
  • Knowledge of operational processes and best practices across multiple functional areas of an industrial company.
  • Experience with Lean methodology and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven skills in cross-functional leadership, change management, and directing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, systems integration, and information security considerations.
  • Familiarity with planning and scheduling tools.
