About the role
- Gather all the investments in PP&E needed across the JV to develop the annual operating plan, analyze business cases, and prioritize when necessary
- Collect GEA input regarding tooling to be developed for repair operations that needs to be included in the JV budget
- Work with JV FP&A in yearly financial planning exercises and report cash actuals and forecast
- Drive execution, monitor and report spending of JV projects from PO to payment
- Maintain a monthly operating rhythm with all project owners
- Report monthly actuals to shop Finance Managers
- Facilitate appropriation request approval process to release approved budgets and capital project creation
- Support in conducting physical inventory of shop tooling and equipment, gather background data and follow progress
- Act as moderator for monthly JV Investment Council reviews
- Collect business cases and build presentation for the discussion
- Review P&E needs from GEA supply chain, analyze and build the annual operating plan
- Partner with the JV Platform and Program Managers to capture requirements and facilitate any discussions deriving from the PCB
- Finalize scopes of work with GEA Investments & Tooling Manager and request purchase orders
- Maintain regular operating rhythm with GEA, and Channels where necessary, to monitor spend and execution on tooling and test cell initiatives and manage unplanned requests
- Reconcile monthly actuals reports from GEA and request billing back to Channels where necessary
- Collaborate with JV and GEA Finance teams personnel for billing, and troubleshooting
- Support in conducting physical inventory of bailed tools, either JV or Channel: develop the SoW with GEA, gather background data and follow progress
- Act as moderator for monthly AEO-JV P&E Forum
- Collect slides and build presentation for the discussion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, legal governance, or finance
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization
- Broad knowledge of fixed asset management and procurement
- Rotational Leadership Grad
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Strong process management skills
- Strong deck and presentation skills
- Ability to work with teams across functions and around the globe
- Ability to challenge status quo and influence cross-functional and global counterparts
- Ability to execute across multiple priorities independently & decisively
