About the role
- Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus.
- Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.
- Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
- The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
- The Delivery Manager - Grid Orchestration Software (GridOS) is a technical leader responsible for leading the successful end-to-end implementation of GridOS software solutions across utility and energy distribution environments.
- This role combines technical understanding with delivery coordination, helping to drive implementation progress, maintain quality standards, and support positive customer outcomes.
- The Delivery Manager works with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered effectively, in alignment with established processes, timelines, and business goals.
Requirements
- seven (5) years software design , software integration and/or DMS, EMS, Oil and Gas, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Software Services Group
- Strong software systems development and integration skills.
- Experience with highly complex hardware and software configurations in a real-time environment.
- Good understanding of programming and database skills.
- Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
- Experience with Unix, and/or Windows.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures.
- Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff and customers.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively with other management and groups.
