About the role

  • The PT Marketing Leader is responsible for developing the marketing strategy, assessing and analyzing market trends, and implementing related marketing communications activities to support Power Transmission's growth targets
  • Build a global 10-year view of customer needs and industry players
  • Increase the effectiveness of business development and sales activities
  • Manage the Product Marketing Communication plan for Power Transmission

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Engineering, with a strong affinity for or pronounced interest in technical subjects
  • Specific product knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading a B2B marketing organization
  • Experience in the energy sector, demonstrated by a solid understanding of customer needs and industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Proficiency in English; good knowledge of French and/or German
  • Proficiency with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, sales platforms, etc.)
