About the role

  • Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope
  • Supervisory roles (i.e. site manager) that are responsible for ENTIRE scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phase, acting under the direction and on behalf of the overall project leader
  • Leads site team and manages execution of the project scope of work
  • Ensures schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations
  • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline
  • Serves as best practice/quality resource
  • Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
  • Uses judgement to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project and Site Management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma or GED equivalency with 6 years' experience with on hands project and site management)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills.
