About the role
- Ensure all contractors remain fully compliant with the terms and conditions of their respective subcontracts
- Oversee and ensure organizational compliance with all subcontractual obligations and commercial commitments
- Lead the strategic management, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of contractual claims
- Own profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Provide leadership for service agreements and time & materials program management
- Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts within complex manufacturing and construction environments
- Present business and technical solutions to leadership
- Negotiate effectively with internal and external partners
- Drive accountability across subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of power generation construction project execution experience, including on-site leadership
- Minimum 5 years of construction contract management experience
- Minimum 5 years of nuclear power plant experience
- Professional certification such as CFCM, CCCM, CCPM (preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with working knowledge of accounting, finance, contracts, and risk management principles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Teams, and third-party vendor/client portals
