Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and value stream efficiency from wing to wing
Partner with suppliers and HRSG fulfillment leaders to develop and implement improved standard work processes
Ensure supplier performance and scalability for growth and execution to business needs
Focus on enhancing overall operational efficiency and reducing lead times
Partner with the Configured Systems sourcing team to help drive both HRSG MSD and complete outsourced HRSG strategy and execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR HS Diploma/Equivalent with 10 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or Project Management in Power Generation or EPC companies
Significant experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or Project Management in Power Generation or EPC companies
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25-40%
Flexibility to work to cover EST and AP time portion of time zones
Master’s Degree in a Technical or Business discipline (desired)
Experience with SAP, Smartsheet and Tableau (desired)
