About the role

  • Lead and manage Customer Order and Fulfillment operations across the LATAM region, ensuring end-to-end order execution excellence
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to order management, service delivery, and customer experience in LATAM
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance service quality
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless cross-functional execution
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and operational metrics; define and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations, trade compliance, and internal controls related to order fulfillment and services operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional teams, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture
  • Support digitalization and system enhancement initiatives related to order management and fulfillment processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, logistics, operations, or a related area
  • Experience managing and developing teams, including performance management and daily operational leadership
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is desirable
