About the role

  • Contribute to ongoing operations excellence efforts by assisting with the tracking, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that bring improved visibility to outage execution issues.
  • Act as a coordinating link to monitor progress, escalate risks early, and help maintain schedule discipline.
  • Work closely with the CPM (Customer Portfolio Manager) population, enabling them with accurate data and insights to drive corrective actions.
  • Support efforts that improve L2/L3 KPIs and enable proactive management of execution risks.

Requirements

  • Senior student or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical Power, Electro-mechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical power, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related qualification.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Data analysis or operations or Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Basic knowledge of python, excel VBA.
  • Proficiency in using and utilizing AI available resources for improving job productivity.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards creation, SAP/ PMx is a Strong plus.
  • Ability to work with Cross-functional global teams and drive results.
  • Excellent oral and written expression in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Can-do attitude with a Strong sense of accountability as well as interdependence.
  • Willing to challenge and enhance existing processes
