About the role
- Lead the performance of Long‑Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts for gas turbine customers
- Plan and coordinate power plant outages, including parts, resources, logistics, and schedules
- Work closely with customer Operations & Maintenance teams to optimise asset reliability and availability
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, planning, field service, parts, commercial, quality and EHS) to deliver safe and effective service execution
- Identify and manage technical, commercial, and contractual risks, driving timely issue resolution
- Act as the focal point for customer communication, ensuring transparency, trust, and satisfaction
- Support contract administration, variations, invoicing, and financial performance in line with agreed KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in gas turbine services, power generation, or industrial asset operations
- Background in contract management, project coordination, outage planning, or service delivery
- Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams in a fast‑paced, operational environment
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia (and occasionally regionally)
- Experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines (including legacy Alstom fleets) and outage execution is highly regarded, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience in complex industrial services.
