About the role

  • Account leadership role responsible for leading the Grid Solutions sales activities related to AC Solutions, FACTS, and HVDC
  • Manage overall account relationships / strategy and deliver upon growth and other business objectives
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for sales of GSI including AC Solutions, FACTS, & HVDC
  • Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for assigned customer(s)
  • Develop and own strategic customer relationships with key decision makers
  • Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities
  • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing
  • Conduct Operating Plan and Account reviews with region leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct sales, account or team leadership experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical / utility industry sales or product business team role
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%-50%
