About the role
- leading all aspects of the planning and implementation of change management initiatives
- Partner with leadership teams, the Change Management COE, PMO, and HR Communications team to set strategic and project-level priorities for the business and drive changes at the global level
- Accountable for the delivery of one or more concurrent projects on-time, within budget expectations, to deliver results with desired impact
- Leverages expertise to influence a range of stakeholders and other providers to ensure delivery of strategic priorities
- Utilize Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to align strategically with overall People Operations and HR transformation and optimization goals
- Responsible for managing Change Management intake and other processes to support the delivery People Operations and HR projects through the established Framework
- Assess current states, analyze stakeholders, identify risks, and establish goals and milestones for changes
- Develop detailed project plans to align change activities to project timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies
- Create and deliver communication strategies, training programs, and transition plans for managers and employees to facilitate smooth change implementation
- Support stakeholder mapping and engagement activities, and act as a liaison between senior management, PMO leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment and support for change initiatives
- Identify KPIs and administer processes to measure the results of changes and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes
- Communicates complex messages and negotiates internally with senior leaders in the business and HR to adopt a different point of view
- Influences others to take action and may have limited negotiation with external partners or vendors
Requirements
- significant experience with Change Management in Human Resources & HR Operations Project Management
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
