About the role

  • Monitor execution of the industrialization plan
  • Manage and prioritize unplanned requests
  • Own and maintain the consolidated industrialization plan for LM spare parts
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates
  • Align stakeholders across Aero Alliance, GE Aerospace, Baker Hughes, and GE Vernova around key milestones and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain summary dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility of project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
  • Participate in the pacing rhythm led by the JV Industrial Spare Parts Leader
  • Drive issue resolution and decision-making
  • Act as moderator for joint reviews between channel partners (GEV/BH) and GEA
  • Collect and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders
  • Build and present materials for cross‑functional discussions and decision forums
  • Ad hoc contributor of other Business Priorities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management)
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
