About the role

  • support the BWRX-300 Engineering project
  • development and implementation of Requirements Management and Design Processes to support advanced reactor design teams, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners
  • provide leadership, experience, and innovation in the creation and updating of integrated engineering design processes
  • maintain an active role in developing and defining requirements management and design process improvements
  • provide technical consultation and direction by interfacing with engineering teams, customers, and third parties
  • assist in the development and execution of licensing strategy and compliance with regulations, codes, and standards
  • lead and provide key technical consultation on incorporating design and requirements management tools and methodology into established design processes
  • provide technical guidance, direction, and training to new and experienced materials engineers, specialists, technicians, and co-ops
